Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead landscape and sitework crews on active job sites

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.

+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.

+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**

Commercial Services Foreman Schedule: Days Compensation: $40-$52/hour, based on experience What We Are Looking For The Commercial Services Foreman is responsible for leading field crews and ensuring successful execution of commercial installation and service projects across NOCO's commercial energy division including but not limited to HVAC, EV Charging, Battery/Energy Storage Systems, Generator, and Solar.
This position provides day-to-day job leadership, technical direction, safety oversight, and quality control while maintaining strong communication with project managers, engineers, and customers. The Foreman balances hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to NOCO's standards of excellence.
What You Will Do
* Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and oversee field activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Crew Supervision: Direct, train, and evaluate employees; assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
* Technical Expertise: Perform and oversee complex installations, testing, and troubleshooting for HVAC, lighting, generator, or solar systems.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect all work for compliance with design specifications, codes, and NOCO standards; perform system commissioning and documentation.
* Safety Oversight: Lead daily safety briefings, enforce OSHA and NOCO safety policies, verify PPE compliance, and complete required safety reports.
* Customer and Project Coordination: Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, engineers, and internal project teams; communicate progress, challenges, and solutions promptly.
* Documentation and Reporting: Complete service tickets, time entries, material usage, and change orders; update project management systems (e.g., Service Titan).
* Resource Management: Coordinate materials, equipment, and tools needed to complete projects efficiently.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify process or training improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Mentorship: Coach and develop technicians to support career growth and succession planning within NOCO's Commercial Services division.

What You Will Need
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or vocational training preferred.
* 5 + years of progressive trade experience in HVAC, Lighting, Generator, or Solar installations and service; prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of mechanical / electrical systems and blueprint interpretation.
* Proficiency with hand and power tools, testing meters, and equipment specific to the trade.
* EPA, NATE, Electrical license or OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred depending on department.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods.
* Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
* Willingness to learn and assist across multiple trades and departments.
