Collect and monitor daily time and material coordination sheets coming from the field crews
Verify that transactions comply with Xcel Gas contracts and standards and Peak Utilities Services Group and Subsidiaries policies and procedures

Process Xcel job packets, coordinate with permit technician and coordinate the accuracy and updates for Material Releases for individual projects
Maintain organized system of document retention

Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding time reports, billing, unit and Time and Expense questions
Schedule quality and safety crew inspections for Operations management
Support the coordination of third- party vendor rentals and repairs for individual job projects

Coordinate the scheduling of ancillary services on projects with Supervisor's assistance
Maintain a log with phone calls, discussions, requests, events, emails, and similar

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The Foreman is responsible for leading the jobsite and crew to ensure the job is completed safely, accurately and on time.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Take instructions for daily tasks from the Superintendent.
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and forklifts.
Operate auger boring equipment, experience operating TBM, MTBM and Pipe Ram is considered a plus.
Lead Safety and Toolbox meetings with crew
Ensure all work plans and JHAs are covered before tasks are started.
Complete daily log of work performed.
Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure specifications are met.
Supervise crew members.
Perform safety inspections of work area.
Train personnel as needed.
Out-of-State travel may be required up to 30%.
The majority of UITs work is in the Colorado Front Range area.
Per diem starting after 75 miles from the Lakewood office.

Project Oversight: Supervise the creation of as-built drawings, panel schedules, and project updates to ensure accurate and timely records, and assist in developing and resolving RFIs (Requests for Information) to address project challenges promptly.
Performance Tracking: Monitor production metrics, maintain daily reports, and verify timesheets to ensure accountability and accurate project tracking.
Quality Assurance: Provide consistent quality control by coordinating inspections with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and ensuring work meets or exceeds standards.
Project Closeout Responsibilities
As-Built Turnover: Ensure the accurate turnover of as-built drawings and panel schedules to the supervisor for final documentation.

Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of commercial irrigation experience
