In this role, the Carpenter Foreman will oversee production, quality, and safety under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent. The Foreman will play an essential role in ensuring the successful completion of all work by providing hands-on support and guidance to the team. This includes assisting in training apprentices, journeymen, and other field personnel to ensure all tasks are performed safely and with high quality.Primary Responsibilities Understands how the Carpenter interacts with a Laborer during the tank building process and can direct the work as required. Interface with Superintendent to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
