The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal team members. This person is an expert at learning and understanding the industry and manages overall implementation of multiple projects, safely and with high quality.

Position Essential Duties:
Manages projects from “blueprints to completion” (including time lines)
Plans, schedules, and orders material and/or equipment
Develops project layouts and translates blueprints information into actual work.
Schedules and coordinates people and resources
Measures effectiveness and productivity of project
Ensures a safe working environment and well-being of associates.
Train and develop associates
Track and document project status daily
Education/Experience and Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Critical Thinking, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail
Experience in managing a construction crew
30-hour OSHA certification
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction- dry wall, ceilings, and/or flooring preferred
Ability to read blue prints and specs

Ensure that all safety training and certifications are up to date or scheduled.
