Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Supervision Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of crews performing formwork, rebar installation, and scaffolding. Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and project requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, layout crews, and other trades.
