Class A CDL/ Foreman/ Operator We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the critical role of Working Foreman, combining leadership, miscellaneous construction equipment operation, and Class A CDL driving responsibilities. Transport diverse construction materials such as, erosion control, seeding materials, and heavy equipment to and from job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Properly secure loads and maintain accurate records of deliveries and inspections. Travel Requirements: Work primarily on local and statewide projects within Kansas. Occasionally travel to projects in surrounding states (up to six states), requiring overnight stays and weekends when necessary. Must be willing to travel, and understand that travel is a requirement of the job. Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement. About the Role As the Loadout Leadman at Prestressed Concrete, you will play a crucial role in the handling, staging, and loading of production materials. What You'll Do Oversee and manage the loadout crew, delegating tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations. Operate forklifts proficiently to lift, transport, and place precast/prestressed concrete products safely and accurately. Assist with and oversee all aspects of loading and unloading trailers and semis with production pieces, ensuring proper rigging, load stability, and adherence to quality standards. Drive swamper trucks, yard trucks, forklifts, and small tractors to move trailers, materials, and equipment as needed.
