The Site Foreman - RMMR will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate the construction, installation, and maintenance of DoD fueling systems and related infrastructure including the following work items: Initial site visits, periodic inspections, piping/valves/flange repairs, meter calibration, etc. - Lead a team of technicians and laborers, providing direction, training, and support as needed. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices throughout all phases of the project. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications. - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise. - Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours. - Implement and enforce safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment. - Identify and resolve potential safety hazards and operational issues on-site. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to above ground storage tanks. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction or engineering is preferred. - Proven experience (5 years) as a Foreman or Supervisor in the DoD Fuels construction and/or oil and gas industry.
