Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Supervision Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of crews performing formwork, rebar installation, and scaffolding. Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and project requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, layout crews, and other trades. We serve clients in the private sector midstream and downstream oil & gas markets, airports and FBO's, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy **Job Summary:** The Site Foreman - RMMR will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction, maintenance, and DoD Fueling System repair projects related to the recurring maintenance and minor repair program under the Huntsville USACE District. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations. The Site Foreman - RMMR will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate the construction, installation, and maintenance of DoD fueling systems and related infrastructure including the following work items: Initial site visits, periodic inspections, piping/valves/flange repairs, meter calibration, etc. - Lead a team of technicians and laborers, providing direction, training, and support as needed. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices throughout all phases of the project. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications. - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise. - Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours. - Implement and enforce safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment. - Identify and resolve potential safety hazards and operational issues on-site. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to above ground storage tanks. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction or engineering is preferred. - Proven experience (5 years) as a Foreman or Supervisor in the DoD Fuels construction and/or oil and gas industry.
