This leadership role also requires regular professional interaction with the general public and transportation officials to ensure smooth and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate tasks and workflows based on project priorities and plans. * Develop and maintain daily and weekly crew schedules. * Assign responsibilities and delegate tasks to team members. * Supervise, mentor, and train crew members to ensure productivity and safety. * Ensure adequate manpower, materials, and equipment are available to meet project needs. * Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Oversee the proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Provide regular progress updates to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Work Environment: This position is predominantly outdoors in various weather conditions. The Foremen role must be prepared for changing environmental conditions and able to adjust to the demands of an active construction site. * Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing, climbing, and bending for extended periods. * Repeatedly climbing into and out of large heavy equipment that is more than 10 feet off the ground is an essential part of the job.
