    The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager. Other Skills And Abilities Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Ability to read, write, and speak English. 30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage a crew of laborers and be able to teach them proper techniques to get the job done efficiently and properly Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work Operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment safely and effectively Have at least 1 year of skid steer operating experience Follow industry regulations and best practices for safety on the job and with equipment and vehicles Communicate with team members and management to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns if a manager isn't readily available If needed, assist with general lawn care duties, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary) Qualifications: Minimum of 2 year of experience in Hardscapes and/or Professional Landscaping Knowledge of landscaping equipment, tools, trends, and installation techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as well as give instructions to others Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits: Competitive compensation package based on experience and knowledge.
