10. Prepare necessary reports as required.
11. Possess knowledge of heavy equipment operations and maintenance.
12. Demonstrate experience in heavy civil construction, particularly in water/wastewater projects.
13. Understand pipe laying techniques for water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers, with the ability to interpret plans and specifications.
14. Preferred knowledge of trench safety, rigging/signaling, and experience with ductile, steel, and PVC pipes.
15. Willingness to travel as needed for multi-state projects.
