The Electrical Foreman enforces all company safety programs, conducts safety meetings, completes accident reports, and leads jobsite safety initiatives. This role also performs jobsite administrative duties such as timekeeping, cost coding, packing slips, and documentation. Normal vision and hearing are required, with or without correction.     Commercial Roofing Foreman- Service Company: DDP Roofing Services, Inc About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. This role is responsible for leading crews in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related materials. The Foreman ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with team members, general contractors, and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews daily with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Review project files, shop drawings, scope of work, and labor/material budgets with management. Ensure proper safety plans are in place, conduct toolbox talks and safety huddles, and enforce OSHA compliance. Monitor and maintain job site cleanliness, housekeeping, and equipment functionality. Oversee delivery, storage, and use of materials; verify materials against purchase orders. Install, repair, or replace commercial roofing systems using TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified plastics, elastomeric, and asphaltic compositions. Cut, shape, and install insulation, edge metal, flashing, gutters, curbs, and other roofing components. Ensure waterproofing and quality control standards are met, including watertightness and final punch list completion. Prepare and submit daily job reports, timesheets, and requisitions; communicate technical questions and field progress. Train, supervise, and coach crew members and subcontractors to achieve production and quality goals. Meet with GCs and customers as needed to maintain strong project relationships. Attend coordination and planning meetings with management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, edge metals, flashing, coping, gutters, and waterproofing systems. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, roof layouts, and construction documents. Proficiency in material calculations, stretch outs, and labor projections. Skilled in operating roofing tools and equipment; knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to organize, plan, and execute work assignments while solving problems effectively. Competency in completing and submitting required paperwork accurately and on time. Familiarity with safety planning, OSHA compliance, and job-site risk management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience (Foreman or Lead preferred). Proven experience managing and training crews in roofing installations. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Manufacturer certifications a plus (training will be provided).
