Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
* Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $68,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Send all damaged material(s) back and adjust quantity discrepancies on the delivery ticket. The driver must sign a Purchase Order or some form, noting the returned material(s). DO NOT let the driver leave before this is done.
PURCHASING Purchase materials as directed by the Superintendent. Call at least two (2) places for quotes before buying.
CLEANLINESS Maintain a clean and organized (safe) jobsite and job trailer at all times. Utilize the Warning/Dismissal Notice to issue a written notice to subcontractors who fail to follow your verbal order to place their debris in the area provided.
SAFETY Notify subcontractors verbally of unsafe acts or situations and follow it up in writing on the Warning/Dismissal Notice form. See the Special Conditions of Miller Architects & Builders subcontract agreement.

As a foreman you'll play an integral role in executing high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs. You will lead the team and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and up to Tacheny standards.
This is a hands-on, full-time position with opportunities for training, advancement, and year-round employment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan and execute siding and window projects: Review work orders, projects photos and job notes for project installation planning
Manage materials: Review material lists as needed, order supplies as needed, and maintain stock for installers.
Supervise crew: Instruct and guide installers and assist with installation on projects, ensure OSHA safety rules are followed
Ensure quality: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards, deadlines and code requirements
Manage projects: Track project budgets, schedule tasks, and ensure company policies are followed
Communicate: Collaborate with customers and other team members
Document work: Maintain work records and prepare reports, if needed
Assist in building the team and training new W-2 installers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

PURPOSE
Work side by side with the project manager, property owners and other construction subcontractors on construction sites. Supervise all phases at the construction site including the construction crew. Perform construction related tasks involving physical labor at building, heavy construction projects and demolition sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Monitor processes, materials, events, the environment and all job site surroundings to review, detect and assess problem that may arise.
Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment: Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles.

Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining person networks and participating in professional organizations.
Must attend all Safety Meetings and complete all required Safety Training in a timely manner.
