Responsibilities Supervise and direct all aspects of day-to-day paving crew operations. Lead site setup, traffic control coordination, and crew safety briefings. Ensure proper execution of work according to job specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. Coordinate crew tasks, assign labor roles, and oversee asphalt placement and compaction. Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to meet schedules. Oversee use of paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and compactors. Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, truck drivers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate daily logs, crew timecards, and production reports. Identify and resolve issues or conflicts on site promptly. Uphold safety policies and ensure PPE and procedures are followed by all crew members. Perform additional duties as assigned.
