Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Department performance including safety, quality, and equipment performance against Barminco standards. Develop and maintain a positive safety, quality, and performance culture within the maintenance department consistent with the purpose, ambition, and core values of Barminco. Maintain and monitor component replacements, rebuilds and inventory adjustments as required.
