About the Role
As the Shop Foreman, you will take ownership of day-to-day shop operations, overseeing fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes. You will lead a team of 15+ employees, set daily production goals, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory of consumables/replacement parts and coordinate restocking
