Requirements:
Valid RI Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman in a commercial or construction setting.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.

**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.

JOB SUMMARY
Lead a field crew to install playgrounds, baseball/sports fields, and site amenities according to plans and manufacturer specifications. Operate equipment, manage daily production, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and organize the daily and weekly work schedule for the crew.
Install commercial playground equipment and related site features according to manufacturer specifications.
Ensure work is performed per project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Provide direction and hands-on support to laborers and crew members.
Operate construction equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and related machinery.
Keep accurate records of crew hours and complete daily job reports.
Take responsibility for all on-site safety requirements and compliance.
Coordinate with the general contractor's superintendent or project manager on scheduling, deliveries, and site conditions.
Attend weekly job meetings as needed.
Conduct weekly safety meetings with your crew.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Minimum 5 years of playground installation or closely related construction experience.
Prior experience installing systems from manufacturers such as LSI, GameTime, Kompan, or similar (strong plus).
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Hydraulic license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
CDL Class A or Class B preferred.
DOT Medical Card required (or ability to obtain).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and grading/elevations.
Comfortable using mobile work order / job management software.
Strong communication skills, including client and contractor interactions.
Must be willing to travel and stay overnight for stretches of 5+ days when required.
CSPI and/or NPCAI Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Job Responsibilities of Co-Foreman:
Assists Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area
Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site
Assess conditions of the job once on-site; set forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work - assign duties to your crew for work to be performed
Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals
Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables
Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work
Ensure all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties
What is required to join our team as a Co-Foreman:
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
Experience leading crews or small teams
Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Physical requirements:
The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.
The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.
The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
The employee must have excellent stamina.
Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.

Coordinates, performs and oversees crews engaged in the installation, maintenance, repair of underground piping systems and Site civil excavation work within industrial and commercial facilities. Interprets blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings to determine detailed work procedures and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Utilizes a variety of hand and power tools to perform precise installations and repairs. Responsible for ensuring operational reliability and timely project execution. Required to be available for emergency response assignments as needed and to participate in the CSD Utility Winter Work On-Call Rotation Program.
Hiring Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and additional specialized training equal to a master craft designation.
Minimum 5 years' experience in underground construction trades.
Must acquire and maintain all customer and company specified qualifications, certifications, and training as needed. (These may differ and change per customer and business needs).
Working foreman should be able to work within precise limits of standards of accuracy and make decisions based on measurable criteria.
Completion of company training programs and appropriate experience required
Possess the leadership ability necessary to lead, motivate and direct the work of subordinates.
Physically, working foreman must be able to work easily and skillfully with hands, lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds, have good vision either naturally or with correction) and stand, stoop, kneel or crouch.
OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Job Title: Construction Foreman for Sports Field Installer
Company: NorthEast Sportsfield-Rec
Description: NorthEast Sportsfield - Rec is seeking an experienced foreman to help build fields, tracks, and playground equipment.
We are looking for career minded installer. Must have experience in all aspects of field construction (natural and synthetic), fence/back stop installation, layout, dugouts, bleachers, playground equipment/surfacing, equipment operations - dozers, graders, laser, excavators, etc. Must be comfortable working independently when required, trustworthy, and good work habits.
Responsibilities:
Plan the work schedule for the day and week.
Ensure work is being followed per specifications
Work and provide instruction to laborers
Check track of crew hours, fill out daily job reports, responsible for all Safety requirements on the project
Coordinate with General Contractors superintendent or Project Manager.
Attend weekly job meetings
Conduct weekly Safety meetings
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma minimum
Minimum of 5 years of sports field construction
Minimum of 5 years of playground installation
Valid drivers license with good record
Hydraulic license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
CDL Class A or Class B preferred
DOT Medical card required
Ability read and follow drawing, grading/elevations
Ability to use mobile work order software
Excellent communications skills including client relations
Must be willing to travel and stay overnight for durations of 5 days or more
ASBA and or NPCAI Certification preferred
