Work Environment This position operates primarily in a shop and yard environment with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. This role is often exposed to elements such as extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, sleet, and ice. The noise level can be loud. Standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers) may be used for documentation and communication. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position may require long hours, evenings, or weekends as job duties demand. Travel This position requires travel to and from job sites daily and may require occasional overnight/out-of-town travel. Required Education and Experience Previous experience in a shop or warehouse setting preferred. Basic welding and fabrication skills (MIG, stick, or flux core) required; advanced skills a plus but not necessary. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Experience in fencing, construction, or related industries preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
