This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily site activities while actively working in the field on fast-paced interior renovations, including office, industrial, life science, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Foreman Responsibilities: Oversee and perform daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule and workflow. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements. Monitor quality and assist with punch list completion. Communicate site logistics with Superintendents, property managers, and inspectors. Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards. Job Description Concrete Foreman General Description The Concrete Foreman has primary responsibilities for the day to day operations of the concrete crew or multiple projects for all concrete construction projects. Safe, efficient production will be a primary concern of this position. Project planning will be necessary to achieve the goals of production and safety, as well as timely completion of projects. Salary Range: $85,000/yr - $110,000/yr Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor and coach craft personnel as it relates to company policies and procedures and work requirements. Direct work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule. Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment. Understand production schedule and adjust daily work to meet schedule.
