Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Wage: $35.96/Hour Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, 401K, vacation and sick time Under limited supervision, is responsible for repair and maintenance of all production related machinery and the various systems and equipment in the entire facility. Assist in all phases of control systems design, repair, maintenance and integration throughout the entire facility to insure maximum asset reliability. This also includes research and design of the control systems to better equipment reliability and ease of user interface.
* Analyzes, troubleshoots, and performs preventive maintenance, repairs on Electrcal/ Mechanical equipment and various systems, in the manufacturing facility.
* Read and interprets Electrcal/ Mechanical drawings, equipment manuals and other technical documentation.
* Performs electrical industrial maintenance. Includes reading electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&ID loop programming, motor controls, and other electrical devices and systems.
* Works to assist in the evaluation, modification, and/or creation of interfaces between hardware and software involved in the performance of overall Plant Processing and Warehousing Systems.
* Works to assist in the feasibility of design and implementation of Plant Process Controls and Operator Interfaces.
* Works to assist in the process of evaluating, modifying, and or creating software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
* Works with and assists in the maintenance of both Digital and Analog Control Systems and components.
* Will be expected to perform both electrical and mechanical tasks..
* Strong Electrical/Electronic knowledge/ troubleshooting skills of PLCs, electrical control systems, AC/DC motors and drives, schematics, low voltage control wiring up to and including 480V -3phase
* Must be skilled in the knowledge and use of the following Software Systems for Plant Processing Control and Warehouse Storage Systems:
* Allen Bradley Machine Programming Software (functional skill required)
* Allen Bradley Communications Software (functional skill required)
* HMI Programming / Design Software (functional skill required)
* Knowledge of relational Data Base Management Systems (RDMBS)
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
* Visual Basic Programming Language
* Environmental Control Systems / Programming
* Requires skill in Current PC Operations Systems, i.e. Windows XP etc.
* Requires experience in all areas of electrical industrial maintenance
* Requires individual to read and interpret electrical schematics as well as create same
* Requires troubleshooting skills in regard to electrical control systems
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skills both with equipment and software systems.
* Use good judgment and exercise tact and discretion in frequent intercompany dealings.
* Ability to stand / sit / kneel for prolonged periods of time and has the ability to climb, kneel, reach, bend and raise arms above shoulders.
* Ability to communicate effectively.

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Knowledge of API 650 & 653 Tank Repair & New Construction
* Perform visual and/or non-destructive testing in accordance with API 653
* Generate reports summarizing inspection and associated findings
* Participate in safety training and daily safety activities
* Complete inspection forms and document findings
* Assemble final reports summarizing the inspection
* Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time and mentor/develop team members

* Create field sketches that adequately illustrate equipment and/or associated piping
* Ability to read and understand P&IDs, Blueprints, and weld symbols

Requirements:
* Experience: 5 years as a Tank Foreman
* Knowledge of inspection methods, codes, practices and equipment
* Ability to follow complex instructions and work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines
* Knowledge of the organization, punctuation and composition of business correspondence, reports, charts and presentation
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
* Strong interpersonal communication and team-oriented skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
* Must be able to work in a cloud base system
* Weld test required
* Travel required up to 85%
* Valid Driver's License and TWIC Card
* Pre-Employment drug screening required
