    We're hiring a full-time, year-round Shop Foreman to work in our Sumner, WA location. Our Shop is full service with a focus on Preventative Maintenance during the Summer months and Heavy Repairs during the off-season. The Shop Foreman works a DAY SHIFT from 10:00am to approximately 8:00pm to service the Puget Sound area of our fleet. The Shop Foreman is a working foreman who maintains and performs repairs on a variety of heavy equipment used in the asphalt and concrete industry such as trucks, pavers, backhoes and excavators, and supervises the day shift mechanics and parts clerk. Key Responsibilities: Oversees the work of mechanics on shift and provides technical assistance as necessary Adjusts repair priorities of the shift as needed Repairs and maintains trucks, machinery and equipment. Performs general and special maintenance, including hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic diagnosis and repair of light to medium-duty trucks. Completes routine LOF inspections as well as annual DOT inspections on trucks, machinery and equipment as necessary. Assists in, or completes the fabrication of necessary parts and tools required or needed to complete a specific task. Completes repairs in the shop and in the field, on job sites. Keeps accurate maintenance records of all repairs. Complies with all safety regulations and practices preventive safety measures. We are currently looking for a Construction Field Technician III / Foreman to be responsible for network element deployment during the telecom implementation (TI) phase of the project. Typically, the Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will run a 2 or 3 construction field technician crew that performs mostly hardware delivery and installation of the product. The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will ensure that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the customer in accordance with defined specifications and technical standards and those requirements for health, safety and quality are maintained at the highest levels throughout the implementation cycle. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. Essential Functions: Hardware Installation Management (40%) - Lead and manage multiple crews of three or four field technicians that will be installing, erecting, maintaining, repairing, removing, or retrofit towers and rooftop antenna systems. Will also perform third party inspections. Hardware Commissioning (10%) - Commission (test) hardware in accordance with the prevailing contractual share of the responsibility, specifications and quality requirements and document progress in the applicable Site Folder. Documentation (20%) - Construction Field Technicians III / Foreman are responsible to log all installation, test, close out and inspection results. The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for reporting the crew hours for employees assigned on their crew. Quality (20%) As the last representative on-site, the Construction Field Technician III / Foreman is responsible to assist in escalating all QA deficiencies to the Construction Field Manager or clearing the issue. Fault and Discrepancy Reporting (10%) The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for managing the contents of an assigned commissioning kit for the issuance of fault and/or discrepancy reports to document kit churn. He/she will assist in ensuring defective components are promptly returned for replacement processing and will document and report equipment and material shortages immediately. The Construction Field Technician III / Foreman will be responsible for assisting the Construction Field Manager on the installation of all network elements installed on site and other equipment as applicable and directed by the Construction Field Manager. Job Requirements: At least five years of wireless industry experience. Job related certifications safety, rescue, CPR, etc. A High School Diploma/GED or higher. Anritzu / PIM / fiber testing certification Connector certification (Andrew, PPC, CommScope, etc.) Previous experience working as a tower climber or in man lifts. Computer skills and knowledge of SWEEP and PIM equipment. Know basic architecture of GSM, UMTS and LTE. Ability to review and fix discrepancies. Understand basic RF Design for sites. RFDS knowledge. Ability to fabricate tower hardware and accessories to maintain, repair, and retrofit towers and antenna systems in order to support communication system operation using fixed and portable power tools and equipment.
