Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the job/project with the Account Manager, and Superintendent. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Safety Sheet form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.
Maintain employee and site safety in OSHA compliance
Proper installation of all new roofing systems exactly as specified
Direct the crew; instruct employees, assign and allocate work
Document project progress and activities
Responsible for crew production and quality of workmanship
Maintain good customer relations
Requisition additional materials
Responsible for company issued equipment
Evaluate roof mechanics and helpers / laborers
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Superintendent for a daily / weekly schedule

Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work or specification.
The Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Account Manager / Superintendent and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all crew have a professional appearance
Ensure any customer interaction (by a crew member or the Foreman) is always relayed to the Superintendent immediately
The Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking and monitoring inventory
