Job Description The Construction Foreman for Deffenbaugh Homes is responsible for supervising employees, subcontractors and coordinating with our design team to implement the design plan. The position is a working foreman and requires hands-on work in various skill sets and planning and carrying out work schedules. Primary Responsibilities Ability to organize and run construction projects, communicating and coordinating with the design team, subcontractors, and other employees to ensure high-quality work within the planned timeline. Must be able to learn to use various apps on mobile devices.
