The Green Stormwater Infrastructure Maintenance (GSI) department at GreenUp is seeking a Landscape Foreman to be based out of the Philadelphia, PA office. + Focused on daily task assignments and is proactive in process improvement.
+ Must be able to navigate customers' needs with a good attitude and must always be able to represent the Company in a service-oriented and courteous manner.
+ Must be able to adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
+ Completes necessary safety documentation and ensure adherence to JSA's.
+ Assists in facilitating tail-gate meetings with crew members to cover safety topics.
+ Must have the willingness to travel (includes overnights) and the ability to work a flexible schedule and/or holidays - attendance, punctuality and timeliness is a must.
+ Assist with installing Mats, including the cleaning and repair of mats as required.
+ Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment (skid steer, front loader, etc.).
+ Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen/physical (passing DOT physical may be required if driving large vehicles 10k-26k in weight is needed).
+ May handle special projects, as assigned by manager.
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or educational equivalent.1 year experience in warehouse/plant/operations environment. Knowledge of workshop procedures, product line equipment and work instructions for repair and maintenance. Good organizational and communication skills.
