Description UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN SALARY/ PAY: $28.00 - $35.00 HOURLY (Wage determined by experience, verified by references and upon completion of interview). REPORTS TO: Project Manager, & Upper Management.
