Job Title: Construction Plumbing Foreman
Are you a master plumber with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a Construction Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing teams on commercial and residential construction projects. You'll be the backbone of the operation, ensuring every job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Construction Plumbing Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading and supervising a crew of plumbers and apprentices. You will be the main point of contact on-site for plumbing installations, coordinating with project managers and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow. Your expertise will be essential in reading blueprints, interpreting project specs, and making sure all installations are code-compliant.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Lead daily activities for the plumbing crew, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Ensure all safety protocols, including daily Job Hazard Assessments and PPE requirements, are followed.
Supervise and delegate job site tasks based on project plans and schedules.
Interpret blueprints and plumbing specifications to ensure accurate execution.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to avoid conflicts.
Create and submit accurate material lists to prevent project delays.
Perform quality control checks to verify installations meet specifications and code requirements.
Submit daily foreman logs with photo documentation and crew hours.
Report field conditions, material status, and potential safety incidents to Project Managers.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and provide on-the-job training to new employees and apprentices.
Act as the primary on-site contact for plumbing inspections and project decisions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.
Lead by example by performing installation or related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Valid RI Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman in a commercial or construction setting.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a foreman, you'll show an aptitude for leadership, build positive relationships, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the design intent and project goals are met. You'll be responsible for:
Putting work in place; this is a bags-on role, executing framing carpentry, while also lining out other crew members and sub trades
Layout
Participation in quality control for all scopes of work - self performed as well as subcontracted
Assisting in creating site documentation and as-built drawings
Serve as first point of contact for subcontractor questions
Collaborate with subcontractors to find solutions; come to superintendent with possible solutions to problems, be willing to come to the table prepared and engaged in the process

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced Site Work Foreman to lead field operations on excavation and site development projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in earthwork, utilities, grading, and general site preparation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members, operators, and laborers.
Interpret plans, specifications, and grades to ensure accurate project execution.
Schedule and manage equipment, materials, and manpower to meet project deadlines.
Enforce company safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to resolve field challenges.
Maintain clear communication with team members and subcontractors.
Track job progress and assist with field documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of progressive experience in site work and excavation.
Valid Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License (required).
Strong understanding of construction plans, site grading, and utility installation.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

DPR Construction is looking for Concrete Foreman with at least 10 years of commercial concrete construction experience with 3+ years of experience as a leadman/foreman. Prior experience in all aspects of commercial concrete, preferably within DPR's core markets (life science, health care, higher education, commercial and advanced technology). Position will be in our NE Business Unit, so willingness for regional travel (CT/MA/RI) required. Initial project location will be in Smithfield, RI.
Job Requirements:
· Oversee, manage, and mentor craft workers while carrying out assignments related to your role
· Manage and supervise the planning, lay‐out, material storage, maintenance, and inspections of carpentry related work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards.
· Coordinate jobsite logistics.
· Hands-on performance as needed.
· Maintain relationships with other trades and main project team.
· Lead DPR's Injury Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program.
· Monitor production and quality of crews.
· Read and understand blueprint drawings and perform layout.
· Ability to calculate mathematical figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
· Procurement and tracking of materials to be installed.
· Coordinate work scopes.
· Assist in the creation of resource-loaded schedules.
· Process Timesheets.
· Conduct employee coaching and employee evaluations.
· OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certified
· Knowledge of Construction Software's such as (Plan-grid, Hammertech, Rhumbix)
