Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Validate accurate take-off quantities and ensure that materials, equipment, and subcontractors are on site according to the project schedule. * Review, validate, and shoot grades and ensure elevations are correct according to the latest drawing revision. * Complete 3-week look ahead and review with General Superintendent and PM to align to the project schedule. * Daily communication and job progress update with the PM including any identified risks to schedule, quantities, or manpower that to be addressed. * Track equipment, form, shoring and other assets on the job and remove when work is completed. * Pour card validation. * Perform daily equipment inspection in Tenna. * Organize Miss Dig/One Call. * Ensure the quality of daily work completed on site. * Execute all punch list items to completion. * Organize and direct personnel to execute project requirements. * Interpret plans, shop drawings and specifications to perform work correctly. * Order materials per plans and specifications as assigned by supervisor. * Schedule equipment and tools as assigned and coordinated. * Organize and manage all demobilization activities for manpower, equipment and materials. * Ensure craftsmen maintain a clean and safe job site. * Ensure OSHA, safety, and environmental regulation compliance. * Identify potential design, construction or scheduling problems and advise superintendent. * Clarify discrepancies and questions concerning plans and drawings. * Oversee construction projects from beginning to end and coordinate workers without supervision. * Ability to identify and correct unsafe acts. * Communicating and upholding the Company's commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics, as well as ensuring the same for the entire team. * Other relevant tasks as assigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Validate accurate take-off quantities and ensure that materials, equipment, and subcontractors are on site according to the project schedule. · Review, validate, and shoot grades and ensure elevations are correct according to the latest drawing revision. · Complete 3-week look ahead and review with General Superintendent and PM to align to the project schedule. · Daily communication and job progress update with the PM including any identified risks to schedule, quantities, or manpower that to be addressed. · Track equipment, form, shoring and other assets on the job and remove when work is completed. · Pour card validation. · Perform daily equipment inspection in Tenna. · Organize Miss Dig/One Call. · Ensure the quality of daily work completed on site. · Execute all punch list items to completion. · Organize and direct personnel to execute project requirements. · Interpret plans, shop drawings and specifications to perform work correctly. · Order materials per plans and specifications as assigned by supervisor. · Schedule equipment and tools as assigned and coordinated. · Organize and manage all demobilization activities for manpower, equipment and materials. · Ensure craftsmen maintain a clean and safe job site. · Ensure OSHA, safety, and environmental regulation compliance. · Identify potential design, construction or scheduling problems and advise superintendent. · Clarify discrepancies and questions concerning plans and drawings. · Oversee construction projects from beginning to end and coordinate workers without supervision. · Ability to identify and correct unsafe acts. Communicating and upholding the Company's commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics, as well as ensuring the same for the entire team. · Other relevant tasks as assigned. Education, Experience & Qualifications: · 5+ years of Concrete Foreman experience. · Valid Driver's License with clean driving record preferred. · OSHA 30 certification. · Experience leading crews of 6+ people while completing the following tasks: o Direct the forming and pouring of the project. o Ensure forms are straightened, plumbed, squared, and aligned with grid lines with correct maintenance of elevation lines. o Ensure concrete is poured at correct rate, consolidated, and vibrated properly. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to job coach. · Safety attitude. Travel: Travel is required for this position as the employee must be able to travel to surrounding job sites. F&B will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable. The Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies in order to complete all jobs according to contract specifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Always follow and enforce safe practices and rules Direct crew members and manage equipment each day Assign specific tasks to crew members and supervise performance Plan and execute the assigned work and tasks in a safe and professional manner Organize job assignments so that work is completed as efficiently as possible Notify private property owners of presence on property; obtain permission from property owners to trim or remove trees and/or apply herbicides; discuss issues such as obtaining access, power interruption, work to be done, etc. with customer and/or property owner Ensure crew members wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe practices on the job Trim and/or remove trees by climbing with the aid of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, powered trimmer lift truck, or work from the ground using gasoline, air, and hand-powered saws, pruner, etc.; cuts branches or trunk sections and ropes or lowers them to the ground with lines Spray stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a powered chipper Designate break and lunch time Direct cleanup of the job site and make sure all equipment and supplies are secured on the truck Inspect the work performed to job specifications then notify customer that work has been completed Keep accurate records of time, equipment, and material used Complete daily truck inspection; conduct job briefings as specified by federal law Re-stock needed supplies on truck and perform routine maintenance on equipment or inform General Foreperson of damaged equipment and needed supplies Determine action to take in emergency situations by eliminating hazards to life and property Perform duties for storm work as needed SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Foreperson has no direct reports, but directs crew members to prepare equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for each day's work. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or education equivalent preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Must be able to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew Must be able to follow verbal or written directives Must be able to delegate work and take accountability for the performance of a crew Must be able to understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc. Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision Must have and maintain a Driver's License and be able to safely drive a company vehicle Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR Must have and maintain a Driver's License if hired for a driving position Must be able to effectively communicate with others Must have endurance necessary to perform duties throughout a standard eight or ten hour day Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment Must be able to travel out of town for storm restoration work when needed Position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job. The Contents Foreman leads onsite contents restoration projects, overseeing technicians and ensuring safe, efficient Pack Out and Pack Back operations. This role manages job site documentation in DASH, communicates with homeowners, evaluates contents for salvageability, enforces safety protocols, and supports training and performance management for the contents team. Responsibilities: Manages Lead Technician on site Inspect loss site Enforce safety protocols and ensure all techs on job site comply (PPE etc.) Assign and supervise Lead Technicians, Technicians and Crew Create game plan for the Pack Out and direct technicians during Pack Out with Lead Technicians assistance Communicate with homeowner the Pack Out/Pack Back Production Communicate what items are considered a Total Loss Proper communication of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASH Self-perform assigned tasks specific to job production Competency in evaluating contents for damage, and determining whether the items is salvageable or not Notating what happens on site, if damage was incurred, or conversations with the homeowner Complete 'Authorization to Dispose' form to present to homeowner before content disposal and obtain a signature and non-compliance Proper communication and completion of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASH Completes compliance and job tasks in DASH Properly load and label photos in DASH Take production photos Monitor onsite job progress/Oversees multiple sites and check up on Lead Technicians Document production progress and Pack Out/Pack Back completion photos Teach/Assist Technicians in Pack Out/Pack Back production: evaluating and documenting contents as replace/clean/storage, loading/unloading trucks, cleaning/stocking vehicles Handles write ups and training for all Lead Technicians and Technicians Collects hours/material sheets and checks Lead Technicians paperwork Check over production, behavior, documentation, and stocking of team Promotes teamwork and efficiency Qualifications: Must have Valid Drivers' License Must pass background check Must have reliable transportation to office Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting Use Email and other software Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations Working in a team environment Working in tight or confined spaces On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work) Physical Requirements: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
