Responsibilities:
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company, state, and client safety standards.
* Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans.
* Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Lead by example in lifting, carrying, and placing traffic cones and assembling traffic control signs as needed.
* Train and mentor flaggers on proper techniques for directing traffic through work zones.
* Ensure trucks and equipment are well-organized and maintained for operational readiness.
* Direct traffic movement through work sites using signals and signage effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Must have FDOT MOT Supervisor Certification
* Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
