What You Will Do Join our U.S. Federal Cloud team to ensure quality and compliance for mission-critical SaaS workloads in Azure. You will design and execute automated test strategies for FedRAMP environments, working closely with Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, and Compliance teams. Operate at scale in Azure while contributing to FedRAMP High initiatives that demand rigor, reliability, and speed. Your work will directly impact customers running some of the world's most critical networks.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for multi-tenant SaaS workloads in Azure.
Validate security and compliance controls (RBAC, encryption, patching, logging) through automated test suites.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Perform API, UI, and integration testing for cloud-native services.
Support audit readiness by generating evidence from automated test runs for FedRAMP and SOC2.
Troubleshoot defects and partner with developers to resolve issues quickly.
What You Bring To Forescout
U.S. citizenship required.
5+ years in QA automation for cloud or SaaS platforms.
Excellent experience with Python or Java, Selenium, and REST API testing.
Familiarity with Azure services and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Understanding of security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance testing and observability tools.
Knowledge of containerized environments (AKS/Kubernetes).
Prior exposure to compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC2).

This is a Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 4 - 10 days per month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to this location and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
**About the Role:**
+ As a member of DevOps team, you will participate in on-going operational activities (deployments, monitoring, reporting and patching)

**About You:**
+ 4-7 Years of DevOps or Software Engineer experience
+ Must possess strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes including configuration and troubleshooting
+ Must possess strong hands-on experience with Terraform including scripting, automating and solution execution
+ Experience developing and implementing DevOps workflows using GenAI tools specifically Anthropic Claude (for automated documentation, testing, and release note generation), Amazon Bedrock (for model orchestration, fine-tuning, and scalable AI integration), and GitHub Copilot (for accelerated scripting, IaC authoring, and workflow automation).
+ Skills implementing AI-assisted DevOps patterns such as predictive scaling and self-healing infrastructure within extensive Kubernetes environments.
+ Scripting to integrate AI APIs/SDKs and automate infrastructure processes.
+ Experience with Generative AI
+ Knowledge in Container Development and Deployment
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT and build tools
+ Experience in modern cloud monitoring and alerting tools (Cloud Watch, DataDog, AppDynamics etc )
+ Knowledge on Networking and OS fundamentals

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include the following:
* Support multiple account managers on the Inside Sales team with technical expertise, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.

* Develop proof-of-concept (POC) configurations that meet prospective customer requirements and manage POC execution from setup through success.
* Work cross-functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in training content and messaging.
* Deliver technical training content to Sales Engineers through workshops, online sessions, labs, and demos
* Create and maintain technical training materials, including presentations, lab environments, demo scripts, and supporting documentation.
* Provide ongoing education and enablement to the SE organization via live sessions and asynchronous learning paths.
* Contribute to the creation of external-facing technical sales enablement assets, such as partner training and technical certifications.
* Maintain and develop use cases within Forescout's internal demo lab environment to support sales and training objectives.
* Monitor training effectiveness and assist in refining enablement initiatives based on SE and field feedback.
* Stay current with Forescout's platform (eye Sight, eye Control, eye Inspect) and cybersecurity industry trends through internal training and hands-on lab work.

What You Bring to Forescout
