**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $912.23 - $1,862.98/per week ($47,424.00 - $96,824.00/per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.57-$.71 per mile, depending on experience.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

The surgical aide provides care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, surgical patients under the supervision of the registered nurse. What You Will Do: As a member of the surgical team, helps to provide a safe and secure environment for patients and staff. The surgical aide assists in the implementation of the AORN Standards of Care, Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa and Operating Room Policies and Procedures, including cleaning of operating rooms, positioning of patients, transportation of patients and replenishment of supplies.
Hours:
3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Includes some on-call hours on weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
* High school diploma required. Must provide proof of Basic Life Support training (can be trained on-site for BLS).
Encouraged, but not required:
* Successful completion of formal Nurse Aid course/training verified through transcript or original program certificate of completion, required. -OR-
* Currently enrolled in a Scrub Technologist program or currently enrolled in an A.D.N., B.S.N., program with successful completion of first semester of A.D.N. program, OR first year completion of nursing courses in BSN OR graduate of an A.D.N., Diploma, BSN or LPN program.
