Pros of working at Forest River

The autonomy permissible to my position makes it a great place to work. There are some of the best employees and friendliest people you can ever want to work with at my location.

Cons of working at Forest River

The pay is horrible. I haven't had a raise in four years and bonuses for my position are non-existent. Management often pits people against one another, fostering an environment of distrust. There's no path to advancement.

Forest River Benefits

Health insurance, even though it's beginning to get too expensive I cannot NOT have it.

Pros of working at Forest River

I don't have any pros about Forest River.

Cons of working at Forest River

Overworked and underpaid at the corporate office. Don't ever try to advance within the company because it will never happen even after being told countless times it will. Upper management needs to grow a pair and actually be the management this company needs. The turnover rate is astronomical at the corporate office and the management staff DOES NOT care about it's employees or well being.

Forest River Benefits

Absolutely nothing.
