The employees are the best and the worst part - some are absolute dolls and hard workers. Others are there just because, and don't do work which means the whole crew gets stuck til later because they didn't do their share - usually the manager's favorites are like that. The most memorable thing was one time where a woman asked for a fitting room and she was obviously pregnant, so I tried to be nice and said "Congratulations on your baby! When are you due?" and she said "Oh, it's not a baby, it's a tumor, everyone thinks I'm pregnant". I made this "o.O" face.
I feel that my job is pretty easy. I get along great with my coworkers, and other managers. I enjoy going to work there everyday.
The pay is low for the work I do. I’ve come to the realization I’ve been taken advantage of. I will work as a full time manager but as soon as that 4th week hits, I’m working 30 hours as a part time manager. So I am not getting the benefits a full time manager does.
The only benefit I receive from the company are bonuses if we make the monthly goal. This would be my favorite yet only benefit.
I stayed busy by helping people. I made people laugh and i had a goodtime working everyday. I like staying active and i love costumer service. At that time i really needed to be around people because i just broke up with my ex boyfriend of 4 years. So i wanted to stay busy. And that job helped me alot. I made friends with my coworkers.
