Pros of working at FSA

There aren't any pros.

Cons of working at FSA

Onsite supervisors are few and far between. District supervisor is only interest in hearing their own voice; weekly and monthly meetings that you are required to attend. They do not listen, much less help, when an employee has a complaint. HR thinks its okay to talk to an employee in a non-confidential setting (i.e. in front of the supervisor).

FSA benefits

There aren't any perks or benefits. The insurance is crap and they think that all is okay because the pay is higher than the private sector.

What do you like best about FSA's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing.

How did you prepare for the FSA interview?

Do not interview with this company.

How would you improve FSA's culture?

Send all HR employees back to school. HR communications are confidential.

Pros of working at FSA

You pretty much can do anything you want there.

Cons of working at FSA

If your lazy then this would be a Pros for you. Management doesn't say anything to employee that does things they shouldn't do. Co-workers take advantage of the workers that do work. Management always takes the lazy employee side.

FSA benefits

They don't have any, no bonuses not even a Christmas bonus. No raise no matter how hard working you are.
