Operate the machine and make minor process adjustments to ensure product quality and process stability. Use lockout and tagout when needed. 19. Notify supervisor or thermoforming lead if more complex adjustments are needed. 20. Do not make temporary repairs. Instead, request that maintenance provide permanent solutions. 21.
