As a Production Expediter/Material Handler, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our production lines moving smoothly and efficiently. From managing raw materials to ensuring seamless inventory flow, your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-performance materials worldwide. What You'll Do: Keep machines running by delivering the right raw materials at the right time Set up computer systems so operators can print labels and track production Move finished goods into inventory and assist with extruder output Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO rotation and system scans Perform lockout/tagout procedures and verify incoming goods Operate forklifts and maintain lift lead certification Flag safety concerns and support a safe working environment Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

* Reads work order or follows oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved. * Loads and unloads freight and counts onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves. * Loads freight into vehicles and installs blocking, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. * Transports freight from storage dock area or trailers to designated area. * Secures lifting attachments to freight and conveys load to move load to destination. * Attaches identifying tags or labels to freight or marks information on cases, bales, pallets and other shipping packages. * Stacks or assembles freight into bundles and bands bundles together on pallets. * Cleans work area, machines and equipment to assist machine operators. * Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving material and products. * Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. This position is responsible for safe forklift operation as well as accurate and efficient order picking. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS: * Responsible for loading and unloading trailers. * Must maintain safe work practices and valid forklift operators license. * Load/Unload trailers * Responsible for trailer inspections * Responsible for verifying unit of measure counts (pallets, cases, etc.). * Responsible for properly using dock plates/dock doors. * Sit-down forklift (75% of daily work). * Minimal understanding of computer. * Ability to clock in via Paylocity. * Pick Orders. * Full pallet and unit pick. * Lift up to 50lbs. * Label units. * Operate sit down, order picker, and High reach depending on location in warehouse. * Clean/Upkeep of warehouse such as emptying trash cans and sweeping. * Following organization protocols. * Receive product into storage. * Recording warehouse location & product info, Item #, Lot # and Quantity. * Pull correct material and ensuring Lot sensitive, Item sensitive and Location sensitive information. * Understand SOPs and properly instituting them * Regular attendance and punctuality are required. * Operates safely in all conditions. * Other duties and projects as assigned. * Follows company policies and procedures.
