Position Summary:

Responsible for transporting materials utilizing a sit-down forklift. Must adhere to all of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities' safety policies and wear all required personal protective equipment at all times.

Safeguards company property, including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
Safeguards forklifts. Responsible for clearing debris or material that will damage equipment. Ensures proper load handling and that each machine is in working order to safely operate.

Performs pre-shift forklift and tipper machine inspection, to include fluid checks, safety precautions, etc. Follows Lockout/Tagout procedure if equipment is deemed unsafe or inoperable and notifies leadership.
Performs visual inspection of contents and manually removes any breakable materials.
Sweeps and/or dusts daily. Sweeps and mops floors, and washes walls around baling machines, as directed.
Must follow daily product placement plan schematic.
Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.

The hourly range for this role, based in Fort Smith, Arkansas is $17.75 to $27.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Hourly Rates are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary:
Operate computer systems for automated system and corporate inventory system to receive, store, or retrieve dry supplies or finished goods. Operate machines required to move, receive, store, and load dry supplies and finished goods.
This is a safety sensitive role.
Accountabilities:
Safely Operates one or more of the following machines or combination of machines. Forklift, Multishifter, Manlift, Wrapper, Conveyer, and Pallet Magazine.
Maintain workload for accurate pulling, staging, and loading orders for shipment. Ensure inbound and outbound ship dates are met. Retrieve and store finished goods and dry supplies in all warehouse locations.
Observe product for quality standards and make transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain all safety and housekeeping standards and ensure all requirements are being meet in protective attire in work areas as required.
Requirements:
Education: High School or equivalent is preferred
Experience/Background: Production, inventory, warehousing
