Job Function:
The various tasks, duties and responsibilities commonly carried out by HVAC Warehouse/ Delivery are highlighted below:
Gather paperwork and material pull sheets for upcoming jobs.
Pull proper material from warehouse and package properly for transportation to job site.
Load equipment and material on to truck in a conscious manner according to drop off schedule in order to speed the delivery process.
Safely drive to different locations throughout Central Michigan and delivery material into required areas in a timely, neat, presentable fashion.
Pick up material from previous jobs and return to the shop for re stocking.
Communicate with management on the status of jobs and deliveries.
Provide information, supplies, assistance and comradery to installers you come in contact with in the field.
Do daily truck inspections and notify management of any needed repairs.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and present a positive company image.
Unload incoming deliveries into the warehouse and inspect for accuracy and damage
Restock warehouse and notify management of material that falls below the minimum levels.
Record serial numbers of outgoing and incoming equipment and report to proper personnel.
Keep warehouse and outside facility clean, neat and safe to present a professional image.
Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure homeowner comfort by the end of the day.
Provide necessary support to installers for them to be able to complete tasks on time.
Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with superiors, co-workers, and homeowners.
Ensure all paperwork needed for each day is accurately filled out.
Take pride in an accurate, expedient delivery process.
Required Qualifications:
Possession of a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Distribution team, you will be directly reporting to the Distribution Manager. This position significantly contributes to Navico Group's manufacturing and distribution departments and is vital in our efforts of achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
Completion of on-site certification for the use and operation of a stand-up, deep reach Hilo, and sit-down Hilo.
• Proper and safe transport of material within the facility utilizing a stand-up, deep reach Hilo, and sit-down Hilo.
• Assign stock to storage locations including bays/bins, bulk storage, and storage trailers
• Ability and willingness to perform driver tasks including but not limited to order picking, storing/put away, replenishment, vendor picking, and production picking
• Commitment to upholding and maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity
• Pick and palletize inventory by SKU numbers, piece quantity, and/or location
• Fulfill and load customer orders accurately and timely
• Ensure orders being shipped meet customer routing and compliance guides by labelling and arranging product per customer specifications
• Ability and willingness to use warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, order picking carts, communication radios, order picker, and sit-down Hilo.
• Ability and willingness to prepare outbound shipments for transportation including identifying proper carrier, gathering weights and dimensions, and placing PRO tracking numbers on pallets
• Working safely under OSHA and company guidelines to prevent injury of themselves and others around them
• Adherence to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality of work for our customers
• Contributing to the upkeeping of a safe, clean work area
• Other duties as required and assigned by management

Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to operate a stand-up, deep reach Hilo, and sit-down Hilo.
• Demonstrated ability to perform all affiliated RF gun transactions with corresponding job responsibilities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and resilience. Adapts constructively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change to achieve and sustain peak performance
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group, as well as individually
• Approaches others in a tactful manner and treats others respectfully, regardless of their status or position, and accepts responsibility for own actions
• Works with integrity and ethically
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills
6 months experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior stand-up/deep reach Hilo experience preferred
• Prior familiarity with RF gun technology or related technologies preferred
• Prior sit-down Hilo and/or Order Picker experience preferred
• Comprehension of order flow throughout warehouse operations preferred
Working Conditions:
Standard shift operates Monday-Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm. Occasional to Frequent daily/weekend overtime based on seasonal and business needs
Ability to be on feet for 8-10 hours of each shift in a continuously fluid and fast-paced environment
Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
Must follow proper lifting techniques while keeping safety at the forefront of all tasks
The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.80, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
