Functions & Requirements:
Responsible for loading or assisting in loading and securing materials on trucks daily and at roof drop locations.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb
Ability to work on multi-story buildings at various heights and pitch.
Must be able to continually lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods of time.
Ensure proper stacking and distribution in the placement of materials on the roof.
Requires a high degree of attention to ensure proper delivery while preventing damage to materials and equipment.
Ability to work in heat, cold, rain, or shine.
Required to show respect and discretion while dealing with customer and personnel at delivery points or at the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and report quality variances
Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
Efficiently move product from staging baler and/or storage areas into rail cars or trailers
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment
Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required
Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment daily
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained
Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety, complying with OSHA and MSDS standards
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of safety hazards
Report workplace hazards to management immediately
Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management immediately
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)
Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ForkliftDriver is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina. The ForkliftDriver's primary responsibility is the customer and their vessels. Every task at the marina from carefully handing the customers boats, to communicating effectively with the employee working the docks. The ForkliftDriver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Prior forklift experience - Marina experience preferable.
Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.

Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform order filler and checker duties.
Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur other times.
Salary Range: $16.50 To 17.50 Hourly

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
* Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
* Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and report quality variances
* Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
* Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
* Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars or trailers
* Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment
* Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required
* Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
* Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment daily
* Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
* Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained
* Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation
* Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
* Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety, complying with OSHA and MSDS standards
* Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
* Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of safety hazards
* Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
* Ensure set up is complete for shift change
* Report all injuries, illnesses, and near misses to management immediately
* Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as set forth by 4over
* Complete and maintain required records and paperwork, as needed

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalency
