Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist and direct guests loading and unloading chairlifts and conveyors in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, using excellent guest service skills. Maintain the loading/unloading ramps and lift maze areas. Remove snow from chairs, ramps, and work areas. Daily set up and take down of guest loading, preloading, chair clearance and line maze areas. Operate machinery and tools in a safe and responsible manner. Assist in emergency situations as required, such as misloads, unseated passengers & lift evacuations, Work well with team members, demonstrate good communication skills, and promote a positive work environment. Answer guests questions related to general resort operations, ski lifts, routes, and ski runs. Follow supervisors direction and perform other duties as assigned.
