The Material Handler is responsible for performing an array of duties such as loading, unloading and transporting materials to and from jobsites. This is considered to be a safety sensitive position. Responsibilities Assist electricians during the installation of new electrical systems or repair and maintain electrical systems. May be required to obtain equipment certification to operate material handling equipment. May be submitted as an approved Bergelectric driver to receive and deliver materials. They must be in compliance with state and local codes. Must interact with clients, vendors, and Bergelectric employee in a professional manor. About the role Metro is looking for On-call/Part-time Forklift Operators - Reach Truck to serve on the Supplemental Urgent Response Group (SURG) for the Third Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM.
