This position will be responsible for, among other things, stages, shrink wraps and loads products by trip number and store number as it is received from the packing and pulling areas of the stockroom. Prepares palletized loads for shipment by shrink-wrapping product to ensure safe transportation or storage, including safe and proper balancing and placement of products. Additionally, this position assists with safe and proper pallet building and selects products for specific routes. Summary/ObjectivePerform tasks essential to agricultural wholesale operations. Familiar with all aspects of location/warehouse duties. Packs, loads, and unloads products for orders using multiple forms of equipment including forklift, blender, etc. Cleans and organizes storage areas, assists with cycle counts, and maintains a safe, clean work area. This role is responsible for transporting finished products from the production line to designated staging areas within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced industrial environment and a strong understanding of warehouse organization and safety protocols. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies. Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping areas. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications: Valid forklift certification. Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
