Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
Daily Activities Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.

**Shift and Schedule:**

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations primarily the Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck.

Shipper Loader/Palletizer Operator Pay Rate: $24.28/hr during probationary period, $25.38/hr upon qualification Shift Differential: 2nd Shift - 25 cents/hour 3rd Shift - 35 cents/hour Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday) 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:00pm)

The Job You Will Perform:
Perform advanced level material handling for material processing
Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report
Load and unload trailers, rail cars and/or containers Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag-out procedure Understand and follow load pattern according to trailer, railcar, bale size and weight variables
Participate in weekly and monthly inventory and reporting
Adhere to Plant policies and guidelines
The Skills You Will Bring:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
3-6 months hands on Industrial Plant manufacturing experience
Corrugated industry experience preferred
Sit down Forklift/pull pack experience preferred
Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand and communicate information
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
The ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler
The ability to use basic shop math
The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
