Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. This position will also cover security duties and maintain processes for inbound loads including maintaining CTPAT compliance.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Check in vendors and truck drivers, ensuring compliance with security check in process before allowing entry into the facility
· Maintain CTPAT checks and relevant process and documentation
· Serve as primary contact for inbound traffic and maintain facility inbound and outbound schedule
· Coordinate with production to ensure product receipt and routing to appropriate operational areas
· Read work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
· Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
· Load materials onto vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
· Transport materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
· Secure lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination.
· Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled.
· Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.
· Lift heavy objects with power hoist or overhead cranes to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
· Cross train in shipping, receiving, and material handling/storage.
· Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What you'll do:
Apply FG labels, scan into inventory, and move finished goods from machine location to next destination
Audit inventory in production locations, validating product physical and transactional locations match, as reflected in the MRP system
Utilize Tablets to print labels with accurate pallet quantities based on the work order quantity required per pallet
Audit the accuracy of Item # on labels with the product it is applied to for match verification
Utilize RF Scan Guns for all transactional processes including disposition to inventory, move location, and manual IN transactions
Maintain Wrapper stretch-wrap refill quantities, cleanliness on and around the wrapper / conveyors, and troubleshoot the Wrapper during malfunctions
Perform minor automatic wrapper troubleshooting and report major malfunctions to maintenance
Deliver work order material, components and packaging items to machine promptly
Return work order material, components and packaging items to staging and return locations as defined
Conduct banding, slip sheet, and dust cover applications when required by work order
Maintain 5S standard locations throughout the facility and follow all standard processes relevant to the position
Successfully complete OSHA required certifications, recertifications, and Operator Inspection Checklists
Conduct safe and OSHA compliant lift operation, exercising particular caution in production areas and intersections
Operate fork and clamp attachments with extreme caution and attention when picking product from machines, wrappers, and trailers, ensuring no equipment damages are incurred
Complete required forklift maintenance which includes: battery watering, opportunity charging, equalizing charging, reporting of lift and dock door functionality

Research inventory and shipping discrepancies to resolve shipping issues and work to prevent shipping errors.
Work with customer shipping portals for ASN and label creation.

The Material Handler reports directly to the Shift Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or On-Site Manager; depending on location structure. This position supports the overall operation by hand sorting, inspecting, and repairing wooden pallets at the assigned customer's location.
Responsibilities:
Quality repair of our customer's pallets.
Inspecting and hand sorting wooden pallets accurately and efficiently, based on appropriate quality and grade.
Loading and unloading trailers using a sit-down forklift.
Performing daily forklift inspections to ensure safe operating of the equipment at the start and end of each shift.
Moving stacks of pallets to different areas of the warehouse floor.
Ensuring loads of pallets are secure and stacked appropriately.
Maintaining a clean work environment; sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
Dismembering wooden crates and Gaylord boxes.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have the ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
Must be able to continuously bend, twist, and lift between 50 to 80 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Work Environment:
While performing the required job duties, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. Prime360 provides hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection and NIOSH-approved dust masks. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions, including hot and cold temperatures when the dock doors within the DC are open.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for performing tasks associated with the fulfillment and shipment of products at the warehouse facility. They will use various lifts to safely move, load, unload materials, while also assisting with various warehouse duties to support efficient daily operations.
This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, Kansas location.
**As the Forklift Operator you will have an opportunity to:**
+ Operate forklift equipment (various types)
+ Receives and processes product into warehouse
+ Pick and pack product to fulfill orders
+ Prepare product for shipment
+ Assists with other projects as required
+ Assist production assembly department as needed
**You have:**
+ One to three (1-3) years of warehouse experience preferred
+ Must be forklift certified; or willing to become forklift certified
+ Working knowledge of RF gun
+ Basic understanding of a Distribution Center
+ Comfortability with heights
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Good reading and comprehension
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to receive coaching and feedback
+ Basic Computer skills
+ Excellent attendance record
+ Safety awareness
**Abilities:**
+ Regularly stand, sit, walk, and work from heights from floor to 30 feet high
+ Frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 25-50lbs with a maximum of 65lbs throughout a full shift of work
+ Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, hands and legs. Moving of whole body to lift, reach, grasp, balance, and stoop when handling warehouse materials for an extended period and/or an entire work shift.
+ Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
**Environment:** Exposure to noise, dust, and climate changes
**Hours** : Monday- Thursday (4:30pm- 3am)
**Compensation:** $20.20/hr.
**Pay Range:**
$16.54 - $23.37
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
