Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and Safety Manager. + Maintains a training log with trainees and holds weekly one-on-one meetings with new selectors. + Functions as a general warehouse team member within the department and performs other duties as assigned when not training + Learns and trains on all functions within the warehouse + Travels as necessary based on needs of the business **_Qualifications:_** + High school diploma or GED preferred and/or some college preferred + Be willing to take a MHE training class to administer equipment certifications to employees + Be willing to train during any shift hours for new employees for at least 2 weeks + Proficient in Microsoft office + Good written communication skills + Exhibits and practices positive communications and team building skills with trainees to ensure a consistently professional environment. **Additional Trainer Overview:** The Trainer will be able to drive engagement and deliverer communication by providing the 3P's to our site leaders. **Plans, Progress, Problems** + **Plans** - The Trainer must be able to articulate and communicate what you are doing and what needs to be accomplished to develop, educate and train the employees.
