JOB SUMMARY:
Perform and oversee daily operations to provide support to the District warehouse and inventory operations. Coordinate the receipt, fill, deliver, and processing of warehouse requisitions and purchase orders to District facilities and other locations as necessary. Manage and receive stock, process purchase orders, and monitor warehouse vehicles to comply with the Department of Transportation safety guidelines and District policies and standards. Assume responsibility for the processing and delivery of mail to various District sites.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job and represent the type of work performed. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only and are subject to flexibility dependent on organizational needs.
• Lead the efforts to receive, stock, pick, deliver, and maintain warehouse stocked/non-stocked items related to District business needs including facilities, food and nutrition services, and general operations. Assist in warehouse inventory. Receive and deliver equipment, furniture, and other necessary items in support of District operations. [Daily, 50%]
• Process warehouse requisitions and purchase orders for delivery to District facilities. Ensure “pick tickets” are accurate, filled, packaged, and distributed. Maintain appropriate records and files within the warehouse electronic systems. [Daily, 35%]
• Perform daily inspection of equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) to ensure safe operability and document/report any required maintenance. [Daily, 5%]
• Ensure warehouse personnel inspect and monitor vehicle maintenance and maintain accurate daily records, including any required maintenance, for compliance with the Department of Transportation, State of Colorado, and District regulations. [Daily, 3%]
• Maintain proficiency with all security, safety, and associated requirements including handling, maintaining, shipment, and safety of foodstuffs. [Quarterly, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum amounts of formal education, professional work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that must be met for a candidate to be considered for a position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of office equipment such as computers, scanners, reproduction equipment, postage meters, etc.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of mathematics.

• Ability to work alone and with others.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and readily change to accommodate priority needs.

MINIMUM CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
The minimum certifications and licenses that must be met, valid, and unexpired for a candidate to be considered for a position.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) within the first six (6) months of employment.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a forkliftoperator certification within the first three (3) months of employment.
• Three (3) years of warehouse or receiving experience.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Rover Loader Operatoroperates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas. May assist at other plants as needed.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader. Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material. Moves levers to raise and tilt
+ bucket when filled, drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to dump material.
+ Perform assignments outlined by supervisors and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties. Work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation. Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
+ Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
+ Perform Pre-Shift Inspections: Inspect batch plant to ensure a smooth start up for the day
+ On a daily basis inspect gates to assure proper functionality, all drive belts and conveyor belts, all trough and return rollers.
+ Responsible for batch plant clean up and Properly store and secure all tools and equipment after use.
+ Daily inspection of all of the Water/Boiler System and air systems. Follow proper start up and shutdown procedures.
+ On a weekly basis maintain cleanliness of site by vacuuming batch plant office floor, emptying all trash cans in office, and cleaning bathrooms in plant office.
+ Ensures on a weekly basis that all areas of the plant are greased and equipped to accept grease.
+ Inspect all bearings on the batch plant.
+ On a monthly basis, Inspect Dust Collector to ensure it is in proper operating condition.
+ On a quarterly basis check oil in all gear boxes and check all drive belts associated with the gear box.
+ Partake in annual oil change and update all drive belts associated with the gear box.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
+ 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders
+ Prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
+ Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
+ Proven safety record.
+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ High school \ GED
+ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
Locate and retrieve parts from inventory at the request of retail and wholesale parts salespersons
Deliver the requested parts to the appropriate parts counter, shipping/delivery desk and dealership repair shop as directed by parts salespersons.
Make sure that parts pulled and delivered are accompanied by the paperwork required by parts department policy.
With or without supervision, perform general housekeeping tasks to keep the parts department safe, clean, and in good order.
Assist the shipper/receiver in placing parts in their proper locations in bins, shelves, or racks, etc.
Assist in the parts department's perpetual inventory as directed by management.
Assist the shipping and receiving clerk (stocker) in their duties when not performing the aforementioned duties.
JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Prompt and accurate retrieval and delivery of parts within the department.
Strict attention to detail regarding the paperwork accompanying parts pulled and delivered to the retail desk, shipping and receiving and the repair shop.
Safe, orderly, and clean condition of the parts department.
A high level of cooperation with all parts department personnel.
A high level of uniform appearance, personal hygiene, and work habits.

REQUIREMENTS:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Have strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ford and Lincoln experience is preferred but not required.
