As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will respond to customer inquiries. You are a crucial part of the customer relationship as you troubleshoot customer issues. Key Responsibilities
Receive in raw materials, packaging, and labels at the plant location and 3rd party location
Verify CoA and paperwork matches, then turn CoA into the QC department
Report PO shortages and damages to the OP team
Print GSHIS labels for raw material chemicals and materials received
Create pick tickets for material that are requested to ship to other plants
File incoming paperwork from vendors
Assist Receiving Administrator with costing tickets.
Assist Cycle count administrator with cycle counting
Review monthly reports for raw material and packaging
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Microsoft Office and prior SAP experience; preferred.
Read and comprehend policies, procedures and business related correspondence.
Work 7am-4pm

Who you are:
The FOH Team Member will work in collaboration with our Leadership Team to drive service each day and inspire team members to work together and hold one another accountable. This position displays warmth and hospitality while supporting the full scope of all stations and performs all Front of House duties and responsibilities expertly and efficiently. The role could also include administrative work, opening or closing duties, or stepping in to needed roles in the restaurant as business demands.
