Pick up rubbish around warehouse and dock areas and sweep dock area monthly
Replace fluorescent bulbs and clean light fixtures
Vacuum exhaust fans in all restrooms and kitchen/breakroom area

Bale cardboard and plastic
Empty biscuit box of cardboard and boxes of shrink wrap throughout warehouse

Springtime:

Move shovels and salt to utility room

Spray weeds in yard, parking areas and around facility
Clean and hose down fans to be used in warehouse
Miscellaneous lawn & garden maintenance and removal of weeds, bushes, trees, etc.
Winter:
Fill snow blowers with gas, check oil, clean to prepare for first snow fall
Place shovels and salt by all main exits in office and warehouse
Snow blow, shovel and salt walkways, yard area and emergency exits as needed during shift
Pick up warehouse fans, clean and store
After measurable snowfall, report to work at 5:00 am to clean sidewalks and emergency exits using snow blower, shovels, or ATV. Salt as needed.
After heavy snowfall accumulation, use snow blower on flat office roof

Day Shift - 5am to 3:00pm, 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of fabrication machines (Brake Press, Lasers, Drills, Saws) in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines. Fabricators must have the ability to understand blueprints to fabricate parts to blueprint specifications using the appropriate machine and process. Performs designated maintenance functions, assumes ownership for quality, participates in training, performs daily 5S activities, works as a team, and maintains all safety standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
(Required)
* Knowledge of basic shop math, ability to read a tap measure and utilize a protractor
* Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
* Calculate tonnage for punching and sheering
* Ability to identify various types and gauges of steel
* Ability to operate overhead hoist
(Preferred)
* 1,000 hours of trade school
* Fabrication experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
* Bending, lifting, and standing
* Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times

Machine Operator:
Operate assigned machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Set up machines before each production run, including calibration, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
Monitor machine performance during operation; identify irregularities or mechanical issues.
Follow all safety guidelines, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company policies.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
