Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
* Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
* Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
* Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers

Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for Receiving, Order filling and Shipping job functions while placing focus on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives. Typical duties/responsibilities for quality may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receive and verify documentation, sku #, quantities and overall quality from vendors and stock product from vendors and plants into bulk locations and consolidate product with the same sku #'s in bulk locations
Pull bulk product and place in pick zones, consult with Inventory Control in resolving stock issues, and retrieve specified product from pick locations to ship
Transfer cartons from shipping lanes to stack onto pallets for loading, meet and maintain department quality/productivity standards, and able and certified to drive power industrial equipment as needed

Qualifications for the role
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2- years verifiable experience in manufacturing/distribution environment, basic computer skills and understanding of overall distribution operations, and ability to read and comprehend information and count inventory accurately.
Ability to work in 3-level modules - Not afraid of height, ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and frequently, ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and climb stairs throughout shift.
Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.

* On a monthly basis, Inspect Dust Collector to ensure it is in proper operating condition.
* On a quarterly basis check oil in all gear boxes and check all drive belts associated with the gear box.
* Partake in annual oil change and update all drive belts associated with the gear box.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders
* Prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
* Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
* Proven safety record.
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* High school \ GED
* Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
Complete required, annual safety training
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
Travel may be required
May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
Moderate computer knowledge and skills, including (but not limited to) operating systems, flash drives and memory cards
Familiarity with inserting hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to conduct complex sorting, apply filters, and use different views on spreadsheets and databases
Forklift certification
Able to operate large forklift up to 40,000 pounds
Strong team player attitude; maintaining flexibility within the changing business priorities
Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.26 to $28.51. Employees may be eligible for overtime. Maximizes sales potential through effective and proper procedures for pulling, packing and shipping all products leaving the warehouse.
Verifying actual products received against items listed in RF technology or ERP system.
Loading trucks and using work devices such as forklifts, cherry pickers, or sorting bins.
Operating machinery including a forklift in a safe and proper manner
Pulling, packing, and shipping all products that are leaving the warehouse.
Confirming product integrity and ensuring products are placed with the correct and appropriate shipping labels and outbound trucks.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Loader Operatoroperates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:**
+ Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader. Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material. Moves levers to raise and tilt
+ bucket when filled, drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to dump material.
+ Perform assignments outlined by supervisors and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties. Work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation. Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
+ Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
+ Perform Pre-Shift Inspections: Inspect batch plant to ensure a smooth start up for the day
+ On a daily basis inspect gates to assure proper functionality, all drive belts and conveyor belts, all trough and return rollers.
+ Responsible for batch plant clean up and Properly store and secure all tools and equipment after use.
+ Daily inspection of all of the Water/Boiler System and air systems. Follow proper start up and shutdown procedures.
+ On a weekly basis maintain cleanliness of site by vacuuming batch plant office floor, emptying all trash cans in office, and cleaning bathrooms in plant office.
+ Ensures on a weekly basis that all areas of the plant are greased and equipped to accept grease.
+ Inspect all bearings on the batch plant.
+ On a monthly basis, Inspect Dust Collector to ensure it is in proper operating condition.
+ On a quarterly basis check oil in all gear boxes and check all drive belts associated with the gear box.
+ Partake in annual oil change and update all drive belts associated with the gear box.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
+ 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders
+ Prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
+ Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
+ Proven safety record.
+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ High school \ GED
+ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
