Promote a team approach and maintain an open and respectful approach to communication with all employees Requirements/Experience 1 to 2 years experience operating a Loader is required Knowledge of 980 Cat, 500 Komatsu or equivalent loader and other heavy equipment preferred. Basic knowledge of road construction materials, road construction processes and industry requirements. Willing to work overtime, as required. Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and cold, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Must be physically able to occasionally lift and carry at least 75 lbs. Must comply with the companys drug and alcohol testing requirements Must be willing to travel out of town, usually for most of the season.
