Luck Stone Bull Run Plant is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join their team. Individual is skilled in operating heavy equipment safely in a construction or quarry environment, punctual and has strong communication skills to communicate with our drivers and associates of the plant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle
Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner
Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure appropriate positioning for loading
Builds piles and ramps
Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance
Willingness to assist with projects and activities other than heavy equipment operation around the site when needed.
Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others
Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site environment is necessary. Other heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.
Must be punctual. Hours 6am-4pm.
Starting pay is $26.58 per hour and could be higher depending on experience evaluated by management.

This position operates one or more types of construction equipment; such as asphalt pavers, asphalt rollers, material transfer vehicles, milling machines, back hoes and skid steers as they apply to milling and paving operations. Assist in the tasks related to loading the Company's trucks for customer delivery.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately load trucks according to the delivery driver's stops
• Arrange the load in a manner which it is secure and protects the product under it (i.e., preventing spills, falls and placing loose items in a box together)
• Consistently check quality of product for leaks or damage and replace if needed; document any damage appropriately after replacing on the warehouse damage log
• Assist in cleaning up all work areas in the warehouse in preparation for the next shift
• Assist other teams, whether in pulling, loading or any other duties

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, earning overtime at time and one half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am. Occasional work on Saturdays may be needed as workflows dictate.
*Opportunity for overtime is available but not guaranteed
Starting between $21-23 per hour (including shift differential)
Primary Duties include:
· Operate LP sit-down forklift to support our Crating Line (sit down forklift)
· Manage Finished Goods inventory for your shift
· Respond to radio calls from Group Leaders and Team Leaders to perform forklift duties as requested (stand up/sit down forklift)
· Ensure proper FIFO inventory processes are followed always
· Daily inspection of Toyota forklift
· Waste stream management- transport cardboard, empty pallets, wood scrap, etc. to proper locations and process accordingly (baling, transporting product outside)
· Inventory Control/stocking home locations for assigned aisles (mostly stand up forklift)
· Assist in 5S Methodology (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and manage warehouse housekeeping assignments
· Assist with special projects and rework as necessary
· Contribute to and participate in Kaizen projects to improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost
Requirements:
Qualified candidates for the role of Electric Forklift Operator should be able to demonstrate:
· Extensive sit-down forklift experience required within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Stand up forklift experience a huge plus
· RF Equipment experience a plus

Job Title: Flake to Pellet Machine Operator
Reports To: Team Leader
Summary: Responsible for operation of NGR Flake to Pellet equipment, crane system and any related equipment that is necessary to assure production of PET resin pellets of optimum quality.
Description: The Flake to Pellet Machine Operator is responsible for all aspects of continuous operation of the of the flake to pellet system, including safety, equipment operation, monitoring, machine set up and cleaning
Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Start, stop and run Flake to Pellet machine per established safety and operational procedures.
Monitor flake feed and supply to assure continuous operation of the equipment.
Monitor production for adherence to quality specifications and notify the FTP Technical Lead or Operations Manager of potential problems. Troubleshoot and profile machines as necessary.
Inspect finished pellets to ensure they meet quality standards. Work with the FTP Technical Lead or Operations Manager to isolate any production that has been identified as out of specification.
Account for machine scrap.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor machine issues
Maintain a clean working environment and follow all safety guidelines and policies at all times. Report any unsafe conditions to the Team Leader, FTP Technical Lead or Operations Manager.
Complete any required reports as directed by the FTP Technical Lead or Operations Manager.
Perform other duties as requested by the FTP Technical Lead or Operations Manager.
Comply with all activities related to product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality.

The Baler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining an automatic baling machine used for processing scrap foam materials. Operate the baler and related equipment according to safety and operational procedures.

Feed scrap foam into the shredder and baler machines.
Accurately weigh foam bales and record bale weights.
Load baled scrap foam into trailers or trucks for shipment.
Retrieve scrap foam from production areas as directed.
Handle returned goods and process appropriately.

Clean the baler regularly and notify maintenance of any issues or malfunctions.
