Responsibilities This position operates one or more types of construction equipment; such as asphalt pavers, asphalt rollers, material transfer vehicles, milling machines, back hoes and skid steers as they apply to milling and paving operations. Feed scrap foam into the shredder and baler machines. Accurately weigh foam bales and record bale weights. Load baled scrap foam into trailers or trucks for shipment. Retrieve scrap foam from production areas as directed. Handle returned goods and process appropriately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baler area. Clean the baler regularly and notify maintenance of any issues or malfunctions. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
