Description of Physical Tasks: Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products. Climbing on and off forklifts. Responsibilities Include: Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager and Load Crew Manager. Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices. Perform all work activities in accordance to the safe work practices, policies and procedures. Conduct all of your activities in accordance to the local, state and federal liquor control regulations. Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures. Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy. Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets. Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner. Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on. Discuss any space concerns with the Warehouse Manager.
